Delivering premium FM for a fully tenanted A-grade commercial tower where tenant expectations are extremely high, building systems are sophisticated (Siemens Desigo BMS, full IoT monitoring), and sustainability performance is contractually mandated with a NABERS 5.5-star target.
Our Solution
Le Gardenz assigned a dedicated building manager and deployed a real-time energy analytics platform integrated with the existing BMS. A tenant engagement program was established in the first 30 days to map service expectations. All maintenance is scheduled around core business hours with zero planned disruptions during occupancy.
