How we
work.
Scientist-Led Field Teams
Our environmental crews are led by qualified environmental scientists who hold relevant accreditations across ecology, contaminated land, and environmental compliance - not just tradespeople with a green awareness course.
Practical, Proportionate Solutions
We design environmental controls that are technically sound and practically implementable. Our solutions meet regulatory requirements without adding unnecessary programme complexity.
Indigenous Land Engagement
We have established relationships with Traditional Custodian groups across WA, NT, and QLD, and incorporate cultural heritage and Country obligations into our environmental management approach.
Renewable Energy Corridor - Environmental Management
Le Gardenz was engaged to provide end-to-end environmental management services for a 280 km transmission corridor through the Murchison region. The project involved native title obligations, threatened species surveys, and construction-phase compliance monitoring across eight separate work fronts.
- Zero non-compliances issued by DWER or EPA across the project
- All threatened flora translocation targets met within growing season
- Cultural heritage clearance completed ahead of programme across all fronts
- 68 ha of offset revegetation established and certified in year one
