How we
work.
Procore-Integrated Controls
All Le Gardenz projects are managed through Procore, giving clients real-time programme visibility, document control, and quality records. Our systems are designed for tier-1 principal integration.
In-House Superintendence
We never outsource our superintendent function. Our in-house supers carry deep technical authority and accountability - eliminating the communication gaps that cause most project delays.
Early Contractor Involvement
Where procurement allows, we advocate for ECI engagement. Bringing our construction knowledge into design phases consistently reduces programme risk and delivers better value for money.
Hunter Valley Water Treatment Plant Upgrade
Le Gardenz was engaged as principal contractor for the staged upgrade of an operating water treatment plant, requiring construction to proceed while maintaining continuous treatment capacity for 85,000 customers. The project involved complex interface management between new and existing assets.
- Continuous water supply maintained throughout all construction stages
- Project completed 4 weeks ahead of programme
- Final cost 1.2% under contract sum
- Zero notifiable incidents across 180,000 worked hours
