How we
work.
Pre-Positioned Resources
Le Gardenz maintains strategic equipment caches across our national office network. When an emergency is declared, we're not sourcing equipment - we're already moving it to site.
Standing Agreements
We hold pre-negotiated standing emergency service agreements (SESAs) with state road authorities, water utilities, and local governments - eliminating procurement delays when every minute counts.
Experienced Incident Commanders
Our emergency responses are led by senior project managers with incident command experience, ensuring clear decision-making, stakeholder communication, and safety management under pressure.

- All 12 routes reopened to single-lane traffic within 72 hours
- Full reinstatement of 6 priority routes completed within 21 days
- 140-person FIFO workforce mobilised and on-site within 36 hours
