The Challenge

Twelve critical road routes in the Cairns hinterland were severed by landslides, flooding, and structural damage within 24 hours of Cyclone Jasper making landfall. Communities were isolated, supply chains disrupted, and emergency services access compromised.

Our Solution

Le Gardenz activated its standing emergency services agreement with TMR and had the first plant convoy departing Townsville within 8 hours of the call. A 140-person task force was assembled from Our national network and air-freighted to Cairns within 36 hours. Works proceeded 24 hours a day across all 12 routes simultaneously.
