Delivering integrated facilities management across a live Defence base with strict security protocols, a diverse and ageing building stock ranging from 1950s administration buildings to modern operational facilities, and performance-based KPIs tied to contract payment.
Our Solution
Le Gardenz developed a base-specific asset register from scratch within the first 90 days, identifying 1,247 discrete maintainable assets. All 62 employees underwent DISP security clearance and received base-specific inductions. A dedicated CMMS instance was configured with Defence-compliant documentation protocols.
