The Challenge
Delivering critical water infrastructure in one of Australia's most remote and climatically extreme regions - sustained temperatures above 48°C, cyclone season constraints, and a workforce that required FIFO rotation from Perth every two weeks.
Our Solution
Le Gardenz established a Karratha operational hub 6 months before mobilisation, pre-positioning plant and materials to de-risk the programme. All paving and concrete pours were scheduled to night shifts to meet specification tolerances. A 14-day FIFO roster was implemented for the 92-person peak workforce.
