Le Gardenz has been formally appointed to the Commonwealth Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications' National Civil Delivery Panel - a significant milestone that positions the group to compete for federally funded infrastructure projects valued between $5M and $250M through to 2031.

What the Panel Appointment Means

Panel membership provides streamlined access to Commonwealth procurement across road, rail, water, and facility asset classes. For Le Gardenz, it represents direct access to an estimated $4.8B pipeline of nationally distributed infrastructure investment over the next five years.

  • -Eligible for direct approach on works up to $50M without open tender
  • -Covers civil, environmental, asset maintenance and FM service categories
  • -Five-year term with two-year extension option
  • -Operates across all Australian states and territories

A Competitive Field

The panel appointment followed a rigorous evaluation process assessing capability, financial standing, HSEQ performance, and demonstrated delivery track record. Le Gardenz was among 14 firms appointed from a field of 61 applicants.

Managing Director Haider Bukhari said: "This appointment reflects the depth of capability our team has built over more than two decades. It opens a new chapter in our relationship with federal clients and validates the investment we have made in systems, people, and delivery infrastructure."
