Le Gardenz has officially opened an expanded Darwin operational hub, more than doubling the facility's footprint to 3,200m². The expansion includes a new enclosed workshop for plant maintenance, expanded equipment storage, and a 24-bed crew accommodation wing for FIFO workforce staging.
Supporting NT and Kimberley Growth
The Darwin hub serves as Our primary staging point for projects across the Northern Territory, Kimberley, and Top End. With growing demand for civil infrastructure and facility management services in these regions - driven by Defence investment, resource sector activity, and NT Government programs - the expanded facility positions Le Gardenz to mobilise faster and at greater scale.
EGM Civil Infrastructure James O'Connell said: "Darwin is a strategic hub for us. This investment means we can hold more plant on the ground, get to remote sites faster, and reduce the logistics costs that make or break remote project economics."
