Our 18-month structured program offers graduates broad exposure across civil infrastructure, facility management, environmental services, and asset maintenance - giving you the foundation for a career that spans disciplines, sectors, and geographies.
Who We Are Looking For
- -Civil and structural engineers (B.Eng or B.CivEng, 2025 or 2026 completions)
- -Environmental scientists and engineers
- -Project management and commercial graduates
- -Construction management graduates
What the Program Offers
Graduates rotate across three divisions over 18 months, with a dedicated senior mentor, CPEng pathway support, funded Engineers Australia membership, and access to projects ranging from $2M to $150M+. We place graduates on real projects from day one - not in support functions.
