How We Did It
The improvement from 4.5 to 5.5 stars was achieved through a systematic program of BMS optimisation, operational scheduling refinement, and targeted equipment upgrades - not through capital replacement of major plant.

What This Means for Tenants
The 5.5-star rating reduces the building's Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions by approximately 840 tonnes CO₂e annually compared to the 4.5-star baseline - a significant contribution to tenant sustainability reporting and NABERS for Tenancy ratings.
