November marks the midpoint of our 2026–27 safety program year. This bulletin summarises key updates from the HSEQ function, recognises outstanding safety performance, and introduces updated standards now in effect across all project sites.
New Critical Risk Standard: Working at Heights
Our revised CRS-04 (Working at Heights) standard takes effect on 1 December 2026, incorporating lessons from our own near-miss database and updated Safe Work Australia guidance. All site supervisors are required to complete the refresher module by 30 November.
FIFO Fatigue Protocol Update
- -Maximum 12-hour shifts on FIFO rosters extended to 8-week cap (previously 12-week)
- -Mandatory 3-day break after each 4-week FIFO rotation
- -Digital fatigue monitoring expanded to all Pilbara and Top End projects
