Le Gardenz has been awarded a $58M contract by the Water Corporation of Western Australia to upgrade water treatment plants and reticulation networks across three Pilbara communities. The contract covers design, construction, and a five-year asset maintenance term, with civil works scheduled to commence in October 2026.
Scope of Works
- -Replacement and upgrade of three water treatment plants
- -46km of reticulation network renewal across three communities
- -SCADA and remote monitoring system installation
- -Five-year asset maintenance and operational support term
Delivering in Remote WA
The Pilbara operating environment presents significant logistical challenges - extreme heat, remote access, and the requirement to maintain continuous water supply throughout the works. Le Gardenz will operate from its Karratha site compound and will engage local Indigenous suppliers and subcontractors as a priority under its RAP commitments.
Works are scheduled for completion in early 2028, with the maintenance term running through to 2033.
